For companies outside Sweden

Stock in Sweden without your own Swedish warehouse

If you sell, or plan to sell, to customers in Sweden, holding stock locally can shorten delivery times and make returns simpler. We provide the physical warehouse layer – receiving, storage, B2B and ecommerce orders, returns and system integration.

We are clear about our role: we are the warehouse operator. Customs representation, importer responsibilities and VAT registration are handled by your customs broker and tax advisers, and we design the warehouse process around the setup you choose.

How getting started works

Every setup starts with your products and order profile, not a standard package. A typical start looks like this:

  1. Needs reviewVolumes, SKUs, order types (B2B, B2C or both), returns, seasonal peaks and current systems.
  2. Process and system designWe agree how receiving, picking, packing, shipping and returns should work, and how your webshop or ERP connects to our warehouse management system, Ongoing WMS.
  3. Testing and first inbound deliveryMaster data and integrations are tested before your stock arrives and the opening inventory is checked.
  4. Go-live and follow-upOrders start flowing, and the setup is reviewed and adjusted as your volumes change.
